Trials are offered only while a trial slot is open. Hosting requests may wait for hosting capacity. No charge or trial time starts while waiting for hosting. An available trial begins when hosting access is ready. Without a trial, review and pay at checkout once capacity is allocated.
Account traffic is shared across websites and file transfers, at up to 100 Mbit/s. After your allowance, transfers slow to up to 256 kbit/s until the next billing or trial period. Hosting continues at the reduced speed.
Processing power and memory are shared. Busy periods may slow websites or interrupt individual requests; the maximums below are not dedicated resources.

Daily backups can lose changes since the last successful backup, approximately one day. Recovery depends on an available, usable backup; a scheduled backup does not guarantee a successful restore.
After a service ends, its data remains recoverable for 30 days. Deleted backup copies remain recoverable in protected storage for seven additional days; this does not extend service access.

Move a WordPress website with guided transfer and preview steps, or import a PHP website using the file and database tools. Keep your existing site online while you check the copy, then connect your domain when you are ready.
Eligible WordPress moves can use the seven-day trial while a place is available. PHP imports use monthly hosting.
Use support in your account or email hello@iharc.ca about hosting or billing. You’re responsible for maintaining your website application, themes and plugins.
Eligible verified customers can choose one seven-day free trial while a slot is open. The trial starts when hosting is ready. A payment card is required. The selected monthly price plus applicable taxes applies after the trial unless you cancel through the Billing Portal linked from your account.
Verified requests may wait for hosting capacity. Waiting does not start billing or a trial. Hosting starts once capacity is available and setup is complete. Trials are offered only while a trial slot is open; you can choose monthly hosting if none is available.
Open the Stripe Billing Portal from your account to schedule cancellation. Your account shows the service ending date. You can reverse a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect. Cancelling does not immediately erase retained hosting data.
The setup wizard guides WordPress transfers using WPvivid, with a backup upload option if direct transfer is unavailable. You will need administrator access to the existing WordPress site. PHP imports use the file and database tools. Preview the transferred website before changing DNS. Contact us if your existing host prevents a transfer or your website needs help with compatibility.
Your websites stay hosted, but transfers slow from up to 100 Mbit/s to up to 256 kbit/s until the next billing or trial period. The allowance covers traffic across your account’s websites and file transfers.
